EXCHANGES are only permitted if there has been a mistake on our behalf. Hair must be in original packaging and in it's original state to be accepted. If we made a mistake and you need an exchange please contact our customer service email ajbbeautycollection@gmail.com. We also require proof of purchase.

Once items has been received we will send you a email conforming that we've received your item. Rest assured we will also email you once the new item has been shipped out to you along with tracking number.

 

Shipping & Processing: 

 

Afterpay, ShopPay & Paypal payments will take an additional 3 business days to process.

Our Processing time takes 1-4 BUSINESS days to prepare your order for shipping. Once your order has shipped it takes 1-3 BUSINESS days. All tracking numbers will be sent out via email once order has been shipped. Orders are sent out daily throughout the week with the exception of weekends and federal holidays may interfere with processing and handling.

PRE-ORDERS TURN AROUND TIME:

When you purchase bundles, closures, and frontals that are not available on hand. Then the turn around time is 8-14 days. Usually only takes 5-8 days to receive hair from my vendor but I do allow for any shipping error or delays! An email will be sent to your email as soon as your package has been shipped. Then shipping will be as followed 1-4 BUSINESS days.
