IN STOCK ITEMS:
Processing time takes 1-3 BUSINESS days shipping takes 2-5 BUSINESS days. All tracking numbers will be sent out via email once order has been shipped. Orders are sent out daily throughout the week with the exception of weekends and federal holidays may interfere with processing and handling.

PRE-ORDERS TURN AROUND TIME:
When you purchase bundles, closures, and frontals that are not available on hand the turn around time is 8-14 days. Usually only takes 5-8 days to receive hair from my vendor but I do allow for any shipping error or delays! An email will be sent to your email as soon as your package has been shipped. Then shipping will be as followed 2-5 BUSINESS days.

Raw hair is easy to manage but you’ll have to take care of it like your own hair.
* We recommend using small amounts of product on hair so that it isn't weighed down
* We recommend air drying the hair
* We recommend using a satin/ silk bonnet and pillow case when sleeping
* We recommend to always detangle hair from ends to weft
* We recommend to shampoo and condition our natural curly hair at least once a week or after product built up
* We recommend to use Aussie products
